Ingredients for 900 gms dough

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together except the oil
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until the gluten has formed
- Add oil to the dough and knead again until windscreen test. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
 knock back the dough and divide into equal parts of 40 gm each
- Rest again for about 20 minutes
- Roll each into a size of chapati and bake at oven preset at 250ºC
- Then take it out, cut it from the center and make a pocket in which filling can be filled
