| 0.02 | KG | Black pepper |
| 0.05 | KG | Anchovies |

Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and put red wine vinegar in it
- Add olive oil gradually and whisk it to make an emulsion of the two
- Add anchovies and black olives and seasoning and mix it again.
