Ingredients for 650 ml

0.12LitreWhite wine vinegar
0.45KGOlive oil
0.03LitreLemon juice

Method:

  • Take a mixing bowl, add dijon mustard ,lemon juice and vinegar and blend
  • Whisk in the oil in thin stream until an emulsion is formed
  • Adjust the seasoning and blend in the herb puree
