PREPARATION
- Scale the ingredients.
- Sieve the flour.
COOKING
- Make a soft dough with all the ingredients and allow to proof. Roll out the dough into 2 cm thickness and cut with small round cutters.
- Once the dough is proofed cook it on both sides on a griddle.
