1 tablespoon sweet vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 Pinch of Salt
Add olive oil or refined oil
Method: Add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 Whole Eggs, Vinegar, little bit of oil and start blending for 10 Sec. Add more Oil and blend till the mayonnaise is thick.
