Ingredients for 6 portion

Method:

  • Cut zucchini into roundels and grill them.
  • Arrange zucchini in a plate. Drizzle vinaigrette, sprinkle salt and chilly flakes
  • Place mozzarella slices on top, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves for garnish.
  • Gratinate under salamander and just when the cheese is about to melt, remove and serve hot
