Method:
- Cut zucchini into roundels and grill them.
- Arrange zucchini in a plate. Drizzle vinaigrette, sprinkle salt and chilly flakes
- Place mozzarella slices on top, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves for garnish.
- Gratinate under salamander and just when the cheese is about to melt, remove and serve hot
