Method:

  • Chop shallots very finely and cook with red wine till becomes translucent on slow fire.
  • Mix the shallots with vinaigrette to make shallot vinaigrette
  • Cut fresh avacado into long slices and sprinkle lemon juice to prevents it from getting discolored.
  • Blanch tomatoes and cut round slices ,wash and arrange lettuces in a plate. .
  • Arrange avocado and tomatoes and sprinkle feta cheese.
  • Dress with vinaigrette.
