Preparation Method
- Whisk the eggs until ribbon stage
- Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler and cool
- Fold in the sifted flour and cocoa powder
- Fold in melted butter and chocolate mixture and pour the contents into a greased tin
- Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 35 mins
