Method:
- Separate the eggs and whisk egg yolks with half of the castor sugar
- Whip the egg whites with remaining part of castor sugar
- Sift flour along with cornflour
- Fold the flour into the yolks and then carefully fold in the whipped egg whites
- Pipe on a grease proof paper and sprinkle icing sugar over them and bake at 200 deg C for 10 minutes
