Method
- Marinate the steaks in salt and pan fry them
- Boil potatoes in milk and garlic and cook until soft
- Pass through a chinois and cook with butter and cream to make garlic mashed potaoes
- Flavour the potatoes with nutmeg
- Grill the vegetables and serve the rib eye steak with garlic mash, vegetables and pepper sauce
