Method:

  • Combine the beef with rice flour, chilly paste, flour and eggs and deep fry.
  • In a separate kadhai add coconut oil and temper with curry leaf.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and add coriander powder and turmeric.
  • Add the fried beef and stir fry together
