Method:
- Clean and slice the tenderloin into 1cm thick strips.
- Marinate the tenderloin with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
- Skewer the beef strips and grill the beef to give criss-cross grill mark.
- Blanch and peel the cherry tomatoes and mix them with napolitaine sauce
- Place the napolitaine sauce at the base and the tenderloin skewer.
- Garnish it with a sprig of rosemary and some more sauce.
