Method:

  • Cut mushrooms into halves and blanch them, slice onions, cut dices of tomatoes and chop garlic.
  • Marinate the vegetables with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, white wine.
  • Make a dressing of white wine vinegar and olive oil, garlic and thyme and toss the vegetables in it.
  • Adjust the seasoning and serve cold.
