Great Wall – Standard Recipe

Yield: 1 drink

Jasmine tea leaves – 1 tsp.
Boiling water – 2/3 cup
Ginger ale – 2/3 cup
Lemon twist – 1

Preparation:-

  1. Steep tea in boiling water 1 minute. Strain, cool.
  2. Pour tea into glass with ginger ale, lemon twist and ice.
