A roulade is a dish of filled rolled meat or pastry. Roulade can be savory or sweet. Swiss roll is an example of a sweet roulade. The term roulade originates from the French word “rouler”, meaning “to roll”. Goats’ cheese, or chèvre, is cheese made from goat’s milk.

Method:
- Spread/ place cucumber shavings on cling wrap & spread cream goat cheese on top.
- Boil, deskin and mash the peppers. Season it & spread over cream goat cheese & make a roulade.
- Allow it to cool and then cut into slices.
- Present it over baby spinach with pine nuts dressed with balsamic vinegar.
