Method:
- In a pan melt butter, add chopped onion sautee till translucent and then add chopped garlic
- Sear the chicken pieces
- Add white wine and simmer with stock
- Stew on the hot plate for 40 minutes. The vessel should be covered
- Check seasoning and complete the dish with chopped parsley
