Salsa is a variety of sauces used at the table as condiments for Tacos and other Mexican and Mexican-American foods, and as dips for tortilla chips. They may be raw or cooked and are generally served at room temperature

Ingredients for 800 gms

Method:

  • De-seed the tomatoes and cut them into small dices
  • Dice shallots, bell peppers, jalapeno, coriander roots and few leaves
  • Combine all the ingredients together with tomato juice and season with Tabasco, lemon, salt & pepper.
  • This sauce need not be cooked
