Salsa is a variety of sauces used at the table as condiments for Tacos and other Mexican and Mexican-American foods, and as dips for tortilla chips. They may be raw or cooked and are generally served at room temperature
Ingredients for 800 gms
- De-seed the tomatoes and cut them into small dices
- Dice shallots, bell peppers, jalapeno, coriander roots and few leaves
- Combine all the ingredients together with tomato juice and season with Tabasco, lemon, salt & pepper.
- This sauce need not be cooked
