Method:-
- Clean and soak the basmati rice for 30 min and than boil the rice drain and cool
- Roast the peppers and take off the skin and cut into dice.
- Mix the herbs in the vinaigrette and toss all the pepper and rice.
- It is preferable to use a day old rice for this salad
