Method:

  • Render the bacon and saute onion and garlic
  • Add sliced potatoes and add chicken stock so that it barely covers it.
  • Stew until potatoes are tender but not overcooked
  • Remove from fire and add grain mustard and seasoning.
  • Serve the salad warm
