Method
- whisk the eggs and sugar till it reaches ribbon stage
- Combine butter, chocolate and milk and melt over a double boiler
- sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture
- Fold in the melted butter and chocolate mix
- spread on a lined tray and bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180 Celsius
