Fried eggs are traditionally eaten for breakfast in many countries( Eg.American breakfast, English breakfast etc) but may also be served at other times of the day. Fried eggs are served either sunny side up or over easy.A la carte order of fried egg is served with hash brown, bread toast, Butter, Jam, Marmalade & Honey.

Method

🧑‍🔧 Free Housekeeping Staff Hub
Give housekeeping staff a simple mobile hub to update room statuses, report maintenance issues and log found items.

  • Heat a non stick frying pan and grease it with some butter
  • When the pan is hot ,break 2 eggs into the pan and cook for 2 mins ( sunny side up)
  • Flip the eggs and cook for 1 minute (over easy)
  • Remove the eggs to serving plate and garnish with a leaf of lettuce & grilled tomato on the side.

Accompaniments : Hash brown, Bread toast 2/3 slice , salted butter, jam, marmalade & honey.
Note : 1 Egg to order is usually served with 2 eggs
