Yield: 1 drink

Ice cubes, frozen with cocktail cherries – 2
Bitters – 1 to 2 dashes
Nonalcoholic white wine, chilled* – 1 oz.
Soda water – 1 oz.

  1. To make ice cubes, place cocktail cherry in each section of ice cube tray. Top with water, freeze.
  2. Drop bitters into wine glass; swirl around to coat inside. Add wine, top up with soda. Serve with cherry ice cubes.
