Method:

  • Cut the tomatoes into halves and marinate with salt, crushed black pepper, 100 ml of olive oil, chop garlic
  • Cook the tomatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
  • Put the roasted tomatoes into a container and top it with remaining olive oil
