Service Center

1.Make wake up to guest according to request time.

2.Follow up the wake up call without quest response.

Bellman

1.Go to the guest room according to the request time.

2.Collect all luggage down.

3.Record the group luggage control sheet.

4.Keep luggage in designated area.

5.Confirm the luggage with tour leader/meeting organizer and guest.

6.Get tour leader’s or meeting organizer,s signature on  the control sheet.

7.Thank guest for their support and welcome them come back in future.

F&B

1.Prepare the BBF according to the request time.

2.Serving the guest.

HSKP

1.Room Attendant check room during guest BBF Time.

2.Inform front guest any other consume or loss/ damage.

GSA

1.Prepare as folios for the group guests.

2.Giving the folio’s to tour leaders/meeting organizer,s and ask for his help to collect the payment.

3.Settle the payments in PMS.

4.Issue receipt or bill to guest.

5.Thank guest for their support and welcome them come back in future.

Duty Manger

1.Assist front desk to collect payment.

2.Farewell to the group.

3.Thank guest for their support and welcome them come back in future.
