Romano cheese, grated – 1 cup
Olive oil – 4 Tbsp.
Basil, dried – 4 Tbsp.
Garlic salt – 2 tsp.
Potatoes – cut into 1/2-in. strips 5 1/3 lb.
- In large bowl, mix cheese, oil, basil and garlic salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Arrange potatoes in 1 layer on baking sheets coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake in center of 475F oven for 15 minutes, or until tender and golden. Serve immediately.
