Method:
- Chop shallots very finely and cook with red wine till becomes translucent on slow fire.
 - Mix the shallots with vinaigrette to make shallot vinaigrette
 - Cut fresh avacado into long slices and sprinkle lemon juice to prevents it from getting discolored.
 - Blanch tomatoes and cut round slices ,wash and arrange lettuces in a plate. .
 - Arrange avocado and tomatoes and sprinkle feta cheese.
 - Dress with vinaigrette.
