0.05	Lt	Tobasco
0.03	Lt	Lemon juice
0.6	Kg	Mayonnaise
0.015	Lt	Worcestershire sauce
0.1	Kg	Brandy honey bee
0.01	Kg	Salt
0.006	Kg	Black pepper

Method:

• To make cocktail sauce mix all the ingredients together and whisk with a baloon whisk
• The cocktail should be thick and not runny
