Ingredients for 10 portions

0.3KGCaesar dressing(see recipe)

Method:

  • Clean and wash the lettuce and break into small pieces and chill
  • Render the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon and in the same fat brown the croutons
  • Toss the lettuce with all the ingredients and serve chilled
