Method:
- Combine the beef with rice flour, chilly paste, flour and eggs and deep fry.
- In a separate kadhai add coconut oil and temper with curry leaf.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and add coriander powder and turmeric.
- Add the fried beef and stir fry together
