Restaurant managers oversee the daily operation of hotel restaurants. They manage employees such as waiters and waitresses, busboys and -girls, hosts and hostesses, bartenders, and cooks and bakers. They are responsible for customer complaints and satisfaction.
Restuarant Manager must capability to handle the guest complaint he will response for pre & post Buffet arrangements he should be ready to handle POS cash / card transactions
