0.1 kg Vollkorn flour
0.004 kg Salt
0.003 kg Sugar
0.008 kg Yeast
0.3 lt Water
0.008 kg Bread Improver

Method:

  • Knead the dough of all the ingredients until windscreen test
  • Proof the dough, knockback and rest
  • Shape the dough into loaves, rolls or mold into tines
  • Bake at 200 C with steam for at least 30 minutes
