2.500 KG eggs
1.700 KG Flour
1.500 KG Sugar
1.000 LITRE Hot water
0.100 KG Cake gel
0.030 KG baking powder

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a dough mixer and whip up till ribbon stage
  • Line a baking tray with brown paper and spread the mixture and spread with a spatula
  • Bake the sheets at 200 deg C for 5- 10 minutes
