Soft Rolls
Dish Name: Soft Rolls

Ingredients for 1700 gms dough

Qty Unit Description
1 KGS FLOUR
0.03 KGS YEAST
0.05 KGS SUGAR
0.07 KGS BUTTER
0.015 KGS SALT
0.1 KGS EGGS
0.025 KGS MILK POWDER
0.5 LITRES WATER

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in the dough mixer except the butter
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes on slow speed or until the gluten has formed.
  • Add the softened butter and knead again till a smooth dough is obtained
  • Keep the dough for proofing, knockback and rest again
  • Scale a dough in 25- 30 gms sizes and rest
  • Shape the rolls into desired shapes as shown in video and place on the baking tray
  • Glaze with egg wash and top it up with toppings of your choice
  • Bake at 200ยบ C for 15-20 min.
