Ingredients for 1 large Loaf

0.02 KGS SALT 0.02
0.05 KGS SUGAR 0.05
0.02 KGS BREAD IMPROVER 0.02
0.6 LITRES WATER 0.6
0.025 KGS MILK POWDER 0.025
0.08 LITRES OIL 0.08

Method:

  • Weigh all ingredients.and sift the flour.
  • Knead all the ingredients except oil for 5 minutes.
  • When the gluten has formed add oil and knead again until the dough is smooth.
  • Keep the dough for proofing, knock back, scale 1300 gms for breakfast loaf
    and 1600 gms for sandwich loaf
  • Shape the bread and put into greased bread tin.
  • Allow to proof and bake at 200ºc for 30 min.
