0.05 KG Rye flour
0.005 KG Bread improver
0.01 KG Yeast
0.01 KG Salt
0.062 KG Walnut
0.3 LTR Water

Method:

  1. Sift flour,rye flour, salt and bread improver together
  2. Make a dough with water mixed with yeast.
  3. Finally mix walnuts in it and let it prove till it doubles
  4. Knock back shape and prove again
  5. Bake at 200 deg for 15 min
