Rice salad with roasted pepper and herb vinaigrette

0.005 LTR Tarragon
0.01 LTR Vinaigrette

0.12 KG Tomatoes

Method:-

  • Clean and soak the basmati rice for 30 min and than boil the rice drain and cool
  • Roast the peppers and take off the skin and cut into dice.
  • Mix the herbs in the vinaigrette and toss all the pepper and rice.
  • It is preferable to use a day old rice for this salad
