0.2 KG oakleaf lettuce
0.1 KG iceberg lettuce
0.2 KG tomato
0.1 KG radiccio lettuce
0.1 KG chopped parsley

Method:

  • Shred the lettuce and season with salt and pepper
  • Arrange it in a cocktail glass
  • Mix the prawns in cocktail sauce and arrange on top of the shredded lettuce
  • Garnish with blanched and diced tomatoes
