0.35 KG Chopped hard boiled eggs
0.25 KG Mayonnise(see base recipe)
0.1 KG Sliced gherkins
0.02 KG Salt
0.01 KG Pepper
0.02 KG Chopped parsley
0.02 KG Chive batons

Method:

  • Boil potatoes with skin, peel and then slice
  • Toss the potatoes and hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise, gherkins and chopped parsley
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and garnish with batons of chives
