How To Do Planning Staff For A 5* Hotel / Resort . with 91 Rooms Key . Restaurant Coffee Shop Bar Banquets Hall Pls Advice

If its a building structure… U can have staffs from 70 to 100, But it depends on management though, class of service etc.

And if its a spread out resort staff increases… And also depends on out let’s in F and B also type of service offered.

Resort will require 80 to 130 staffs again it depends on structure / service / facilities and layout.

Cid reporter (if its abroad)

How many floor is the property, how much is your public area, is this a business / transit hotel or a resort.Who is your target client

Regarding F&B
how do you manage 91 rooms (180 pax) with a 50 seat coffee shop for breakfast ?
I would suggest you swap 120 seat for coffee shop and 50 seat for multi cuisine restaurant.

Can give precise advise only by knowing the property.

If its a 100 % occupancy then its 1.5 staff to the no rooms at the hotel.
