how do you manage the OS&E in your hotel?
do you have stocktakes?
do you charge all the purchases as expenses?

since there are variety of methods, why don’t we talk about them?

OS&E is short for Operating Supplies and Equipment (just for others who are not familiar with this abbreviation) In short the term refers to chinaware, bed linen, silverware, uniforms, housekeeping equipment and engineering tools etc.

I would say most of it is “off the shelf” and chosen from websites, catalogues and brochures either from local suppliers or vendors. @jordan.delgado
