Yield: 12 patties

Turkey, finely ground - 2 lb.
Water chestnuts, finely chopped - 1/4 cup
Shiitake mushrooms, sliced - 3 Tbsp.
Rice-wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp.
Sesame oil - 2 Tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp.
Nonfat dry milk powder - 1 1/2 Tbsp.
White sesame seeds - 1 Tbsp.
Salt - 2 tsp.
Black sesame seeds - 1 1/2 tsp.
Ginger root, freshly grated - 3/4 tsp.
Garlic cloves, finely chopped - 1 1/2
Green onion, finely chopped - 1/2

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients until combined.

  2. Portion into 12 3-oz. patties. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350F until internal temperature registers 165F (about 15 minutes). Serve immediately.
