0.1 kg Oat bran
0.4 kg Flour
0.01 kg Salt
0.15 kg Yeast
0.005 kg Improver
0.275 litre Water


  • Mix together all the ingredient and make a dough.
  • Keep it well for 15 mins. Proof, knock back, rest
  • Shape it and line them with oats and leave for final proofing
  • Bake them at 220*c for 10 min
