0.1 Kg Multigrain flour

Method

  • Mix the refined flour, multigrain flour, salt and bread improver together.
  • In the centre of the mixture make a well and add crumpled yeast.
  • Add water to the yeast and mix. Make a dough
  • Proof the dough Knock back and then shape the dough and prove for 40-45 min.
  • Bake at 200 C for 10-12 min.
