Are the chef Boyardee good? Is it recommended?
Boyardee contains high fructose corn syrup as well as a lot of added sugar. They also contain over 700 mg of sodium, high saturated and trans fats and refined grains. Good or bad?
These days people are more health-conscious. Sodium is not healthy for BP patients. Boyardee is fully cooked and can be directly consumed, but not an ideal option for those watching their blood pressure.
