How to Improve Corporate Hotels Guest Relations

Good Morning!

I am looking to improve my Hotel corporate guest relations side to make our guests feel more like visiting family/friends rather than staying at a hotel as we have many corporate guests.

Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on how this can be improved/tricks to use to ensure guests are impressed on each visit?

@manojkoganti I have seen some business hotels offers below to their guests

  • Free self-service laundries
  • 24 Hours gym
  • Social Hours at the Lounge or Lobby every evening with Free Tea, Coffee, Cookies etc. (Based on your budget and location you can even offer a glass of wine or beer, cheese tasting etc.)

I think you need to do a survey and find out what exactly your corporate guests needs or their suggestions for a better stay/experience.

Sure you will get some good insights and feedbacks. Bases on this feedbacks you should work forward to implement selected suggestions.
