I need help with selling my hotel of 40+ rooms to international clients and customers, business, leisure and family as guests as my hotel is located in a government residential area of Onireke, few minutes drive from Ibadan Golf club, Link Reservation, Ibadan, in Oyo state, Nigeria.

Its contains standard, deluxes and suites to suite the different types of hotel guest, also possess a restaurant, bars, gym, 24hr reception, 24hrs power supply, 24hrs security personnel, pick up services and serene and quiet environment!

Own Sales Team (Corporate sales and Leisure or group sales)
OTA - Online Travel Agent (booking . com, Expedia, Agoda or any other online booking channels on your region)
GDS - Global Distribution system - Push your hotel inventory to worldwide travel agents.
Website - Your hotels own website to generate an online booking.
Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
Paid Ads - You could also do some paid promotions via google ads or facebook ads.
3rd Party - Give your marketing activities for any professional 3rd party who can do Online as well as offline advertisements.

Pushing your hotel inventory to the GDS (Global Distribution System) will help you to connect to the travel Agents worldwide. You will be needing an authorised GDS distributor or vendor and by using their software you can push your hotels ARI (Availability, Rate & Restrictions and Inventory) for your hotel.

Another traditional way is to participate in Trade and Travel shows to connect with potential international travel agents and having a partnership with them.
