Guest Relations Advice

Good Morning!

I am looking to improve our Hotels guest relations side to make our guests feel more like visiting family/friends rather than staying at a hotel as we have many corporate guests.

Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on how this can be improved/tricks to use to ensure guests are impressed on each visit?
