Food &Beverage package price setup

Hi,

I would like to know the best practices for setting up food and beverage packages rates for all rate inclusive tariffs for corporate and travel agents rates.

Please share your thoughts and best practices.

@Arun_C Regardless of package rate or package price for Corporate and Travel Agents it would be definitely down to the food cost or menu cost, and it need to be decided between the Chef/F&B/Sales etc.

I don’t think Front desk or Sales or Reservations can decide such things own their own without the actual costing per head.

I would say the F&B package component price should be atleast three time more than your actual food cost.

For example if the food cost for buffet breakfast is 100 then the food component on your package should be 300 or 30% or 3 time more. As this is also a revenue for the F&B Department.
