Method:-
PREPARATION

  • Scale the ingredients.
  • Sieve the flour.

COOKING

  • Make a soft dough with all the ingredients and allow to proof. Roll out the dough into 2 cm thickness and cut with small round cutters.
  • Once the dough is proofed cook it on both sides on a griddle.
