Eggless sponge - Standard Recipe

Eggless sponge-cake
Dish Name : Egg-less sponge
Ingredients for 0.640 kg of batter

Qty Unit Description
0.15 kg flour
0.15 ml milkmaid
0.075 kg sugar
0.005 kg baking powder
0.005 kg baking soda
0.15 ml water
0.03 kg cocoa powder
0.075 kg Butter

Method:

  • Sieve the flour and cocoa
  • Mix all the ingredients together and whisk it .
  • Grease and line a mould and pour the mixture into it and bake at 160c.
